We do this through events and programs that foster meaningful connection, deep conversations, awareness and visibility. We also celebrate and acknowledge the accomplishments and endeavors of women in our community. We believe that epic greatness is achieved in unity and collaboration.

    Constance Schwartz-Morini is the co-founder and CEO of SMAC Entertainment, a talent management firm, business incubator, and Emmy-nominated production company she launched with Michael Strahan in 2011. With over three decades in sports, entertainment, and media, she has redefined how athletes and entertainers build multifaceted careers and businesses.

    At SMAC, she oversees talent including Michael Strahan, Deion "Coach Prime" Sanders, Wiz Khalifa, Erin Andrews, and more. She has guided Strahan's transition from Super Bowl Champion to Emmy-winning media personality and entrepreneur, while her work with Sanders has transformed college football.

    Schwartz-Morini executive produces acclaimed projects such as Coach Prime (Prime Video), BS High (HBO Max), and $100,000 Pyramid (ABC). She also co-founded Michael Strahan's lifestyle brand and spearheaded product lines for Erin Andrews, Shante Broadus, and Snoop Dogg.

    A Yonkers, NY native, she began her career at the NFL and remains a pioneer in the industry.
